Here is a quick brewing technique for batabatacha.
Please adjust water and tea leaves amount to your taste.

*Usually a kettle is used for brewing but we didn’t have one at our office so decided to use a pan instead.

Traditionally, batabatacha is whisked until it is frothy using a special whisk. (See video below.)
