An aracha (unrefined green tea) from the famous Kakegawa region in Shizuoka Prefecture. Because it contains all the parts of the tea leaf, such as broken bits and stems, you can enjoy a different flavor than the Sencha it would become if refined. If you usually drink Sencha, trying an aracha may open your world of Japanese tea! The Dobashien tea company recommends trying at least once.
